ROAD TRIP: Lola's surprise Birthday Party!!!

We had the surprise party at a club house that looked over the lake. Down below on the dock...everyone...literally everyone caught a fish!

The party had great traditional food...from, sao pao, pancit, shrimp, filipino desert (some coconut stuff) chicken, pork, more chicken, lumpia and lots more!!! yummm...it was a belly full!! oh yeah..and fruits and veggies! :)Here is our food line...

Here are the dancers. They performed traditional Samoan dances and a few others with a funky twist to it. They are friends of our family and gave my grandma a performance just for her bday! She loved it and had a great time!

Our trip to San Diego was fun for the tribe. We drove down and made it back safely without any problems. There were 15 of us in the van but it was lots of fun for the tribe to experience a road trip that far. (we also wont be doing that again anytime soon :)
We got to meet family members that we have never met before and some that we havent seen in years!
