Good ole' California Poppies

After our hike, the kids always find the greatest places to take a short rest.

Neferius so proud that he picked up a HUGE rock and made the largest SPLASH!

One of Tavie's favorite things to do when we explore is pick flowers
and collect special rocks. She loves nature and saving worms.

Lil Yemaya (who isnt so little anymore) is so brave and has no fear. She is so confident in herself and knows exactly what she wants. And the cutest thing is she looks to her brothers to help her out when she needs it...
and they are always there for her. :)

She had to stop to check out the big trees!

Genavieve who is so delicate and has such an appreciation for nature. She tiptoes so quietly though the forest like a faerie princess. Its so sweet to watch her.

Maya loves to throw rocks into the water.
The bigger the splash the louder the laugh. She loves to tell Daddy, "Watch this, Watch this Daddy!" Its so precious.

This is the tribes special spot that they like to go to so that they can be explorers on their own and do it with confidence. Its so peaceful and perfect for them. The running water is so calm and serene,
sometimes I catch the kids just standing there to listen.
